Yonge and Bloor - Yorkville
Yonge and Bloor is a great area of Toronto. Don't be fooled with the construction on the corner, it really is an awesome area. At one corner of Yonge and Bloor is the Bay and at the other is a shopping mall offering Swarkofsky merchandise for sale.
West of Yonge and Bloor towards Spadina you will find huge names in Shopping including Holt Renfrew, Harry Rosen, Tiffany's, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Coach. You will also find a Roots store, a Guess Store, a Nike Store and Starbucks among other shops.
Behind this area of Bloor is Yorkville. 1 block North of Bloor between Bay and Avenue Road is the popular area of Yorkville. You can find a theatre in Yorkville, great hotels, clubs and a number of excellent places to eat. Yorkville is a hotspot during the annual Toronto International Film Festival and a popular of area for tourists, shoppers and locals.
