Cabbage Town in Toronto
The heart of the commercial Old Cabbage Town area in Toronto is located on Parliament street between Wellesley and Gerrard Street.
This neighbourhood has been known in the past as one of the poorest neighbourhoods in Toronto. These days however, it appears that Old Cabbage Town's Business Improvement Association is doing an awesome job and the neighbourhood appears to have picked up a lot.
Surrounded in what appears to be upper class Victorian homes, it's hard to believe this neighbourhood is anything but cool today.
