When you are searching for a Real Estate Agent, you should also consider if you are selling a property, does the Real Estate Agent have a website, advertise online and offline to expedite the sale of your property?

Further, ask your friends and family if they know a good Real Estate Agent. If they do, call them. Usually a good reference from a friend or family can assist you to find the right Real Estate Agent for you, however, keep in mind, as buying or selling a property involves huge dollar amounts, you should try and contact at least 3 Real Estate Agents and talk to them before finally deciding on who will be your Real Estate Agent.
