When you are looking for a Real Estate Agent in Toronto, some questions to have in mind as you attempt to find one include: What level of service do I want? What level of experience does the Real Estate Agent have? Does the Real Estate Agent have a marketing plan for your property? Is the Real Estate Agent good at negotiating prices? What commission does the Real Estate Agent expect for their service? If you are buying a property, will the real estate agent also be showing you properties for sale by the Owner or only properties for sale on Mls.ca? Can the Real Estate Agent give you references? When you are searching for a Real Estate Agent, you should also consider if you are selling a property, does the Real Estate Agent have a website, advertise online and offline to expedite the sale of your property?

When you pick a Real Estate Agent, you should make sure that the Real Estate Agent makes you feel comfortable, does not make you feel pressured to buy or sell and is willing to accommodate your schedule. Buying or selling a home or commercial property may be one of the largest financial transactions you will ever make, as such, when you hire someone to assist you to make the sale or purchase you want to make sure the fit between you and the Real Estate Agent is a good one.

Further, ask your friends and family if they know a good Real Estate Agent. If they do, call them. Usually a good reference from a friend or family can assist you to find the right Real Estate Agent for you, however, keep in mind, as buying or selling a property involves huge dollar amounts, you should try and contact at least 3 Real Estate Agents and talk to them before finally deciding on who will be your Real Estate Agent.
